We are asked the question "how much does it cost to cruise full time on a boat?" The answer isn't always easy to answer. There are a lot of factors involved, are we at a marina for an extended time? Did we travel home? Any big expense with the boat?
So we are going to track our cost and post it monthly starting with the September expenses. We will also let you know of any items that affect the cost. For Sep, we were in a marina for the month, did a lot of boat projects and picked up a new-to-us dinghy.

*Boat expenses- we did a lot of work on the boat: new cockpit cushions, curtains, replaced the strataglass in the dodger, new winch/coaming box covers and UV covers for the water jugs as well as buying a used dinghy.(check the photos in boat projects)
**Ground Transport- The insurance was due this month plus fuel cost. We did a few trips to Jacksonville FL and Savannah, GA
